Alberta Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) has officially reached its full 2025 nomination allocation after issuing its final provincial nomination invitations.
The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) reached its declared cap of 6,741 nominations following the last two draws targeting healthcare professionals, signalling the end of new PNP invitations for the year.
However, this milestone follows an expanded allocation granted earlier in 2025 and reflects Alberta’s continued efforts to support labour market needs through multiple streams and selection categories.
Prospective applicants are advised to prepare for the 2026 cycle and monitor updates to eligibility criteria and nomination announcements.
Below are the details of Alberta’s AAIP final two draws of 2025, which together issued a total of 107 invitations:
| Date | Stream | Invitations issued | Minimum CRS score |
| November 21, 2025 | Dedicated Health Care Pathway – Express Entry | 68 | 49 |
| November 24, 2025 | Dedicated Health Care Pathway – non-Express Entry | 39 | 49 |
In 2025, Alberta’s AAIP began the year with 4,875 nomination slots and later received an additional 1,728 nominations, bringing the total to 6,603. Interestingly, the province issued 6,750 nominations, slightly exceeding the allocation, due to a small Express Entry administrative coverage from the federal government.
Below is a detailed breakdown showing how Alberta PNP draw nominations across various streams, highlighting the province’s focus on skilled workers, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and priority sectors.
| PNP Stream / Pathway | Nominations Issued |
| Alberta Opportunity Stream | 3,712 |
| Rural Renewal Stream | 1,040 |
